We all need a little stress in our lives, but too much of the wrong kind of stress can be harmful to our health and well being. Many times we do not want to admit to being stressed, feeling people will think we are weak or cannot cope under pressure.

How often do we take time to stand back and look at the different areas of our lives and identify where and when stress occurs? It may be in the area of work, the home, relationships, or in us.
